We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 49, Valerie Burroughs Neal (Grifton, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ethel Mae Branch and George Burroughs. She is survived by : her husband Ellis "Butch" Neal; her siblings, Peggy Branch of Greenville, Brenda Wilson of Greenville and Ray Burroughs of Washington; and her nieces, Gabriella Wilson, Elizabeth Horton (Anthony) and Alexis Anderson.
