She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Rackley and Mary Owens Rackley; her husband Carl Willie Rackley; and her daughter Shirley Kay Rackley. She is survived by: her sons, James William Rackley (Jeanette) of Lenoir, NC and Carl Houston Rackley (Vivian) of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Janet Rackley, Carla Gardner (Shawn) and Jamie Rackley; her great grandchildren, Edward Gardner, Joshua Gardner (Beth), Daniel Gardner and Mandy Faison; and her great great grandchild Annabelle Gardner.
