It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Duncan (Hallsboro, North Carolina), born in Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Emerson Duncan and Helen Strickland Duncan; his daughters, Kaye Duncan Baggett (Tal) and Bess Duncan Hux (Allen); his granddaughters, Marianna Mendel Baggett and Ella Bess Coleman; the mother of his children Marian Worrell Duncan; and his brothers, Henry Benton and E. C. Duncan.
