We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Arthur Cecil Skinner Jr. (Hampstead, North Carolina), born in Burgaw, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent Arthur C. Skinner, Sr.; and his daughters, Kaye and Faye. He is survived by : his parent Bernice Forrest Skinner; his wife Emily Horrell Skinner; his children, Steven Cecil Skinner (Lynn Dee), Becky Skinner Webb (Gregg) and Jan Skinner Best (John); his grandchildren, Steven C. Skinner, Jr. (Anna), Brooklyn Skinner Kennedy (Cory), Tyler Webb, Caroline Webb, Jack Best and Jacob Best; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Lily, Cooper and Brady; his brother Leon Skinner; and his niece Lisa Skinner Lefler.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
