It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Hailey (Hampstead, North Carolina), born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Bernie A. Hailey; her son David Christopher Surrett; her grandsons, Tyler David Surrett and Colby Christopher Surrett; and her great grandchild Paxton David Surrett.
