She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Horrell and Annie Dell Moore Horrell; and her husband Arthur Cecil "A. C.". She is survived by : her daughters, Kaye and Faye; her brother Kenneth Ray Horrell; her children, Steven Cecil Skinner (Lynn Dee), Becky Skinner Webb (Gregg) and Jan Skinner Best (John); her grandchildren, Steven C. Skinner, Jr. (Anna), Brooklyn S. Kennedy (Cory), Tyler Webb, Caroline Webb, Jack Best and Jacob Best; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lily, Cooper, Brady and Baylor; her siblings, Barbara Murray, Sylvia Ketch (Lew), Rose Murray and Donnie Horrell; and her caregivers, Rebecca, Tina, Donna, Jamie, Renee, Felicia, Shauna, Christy and Melanie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
