Harrell (Hampstead, North Carolina), born in Willard, North Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee and Mildred Taylor Lee; and his sister Mary Purcell. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Beckwith Lee (Dottie); and his children, Marcia Powell (Michael), Earl Lee (Pam), Becky King and Leslie Myer Lee.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to assist others receiving needed heart transplants.
