He is survived by : his wife Susan Rowland; his sons, John Rowland, Joseph Rowland, Robert Rowland, Stanley Foss and Jeff Whitaker; his stepdaughter Kristin Staubly; his grandchildren, Samantha Rowland, Jessica Rowland, Lyndsey Rowland, Gage Mace, Mckenzie Cutrell and Summer Melton; and his brothers, Mark Rowland (Debbie) and Ronald Rowland (Candace). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
