We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 65, Debra Neal Louya (Hamptonville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Conard Neal and June Turner Neal. She is survived by : her husband Steve Louya; her children, Michael Howard (Casey) and Sabrina Puckett (Jamie); her stepdaughters, Amber Louya, Holly Louya and April Schrader; and her siblings, Clarice Evans (Gary), Margaret Speer, Jane Cranfill (Wade), Bobbie Turner (Missie) and David Neal (Vickie). She is also survived by six grandchildren, six, step-grandchildren; one great grandchild.
