He is survived by : his mother Martha Lambert Estes; his stepson Michael Shepherd (Amanda Leonard); his siblings, Larry Estes, Lucille Elmore (Bobby), Linda Estes and Vickie Riddle; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Cameron and McKenzie Shepherd.
