He was predeceased by: his parents, Umberto Francesconi and Maria Piacci Francesconi; his wife Sybil Slade Francesconi; Esther Francesconi. He is survived by: his children, Rose F. Brown of Havelock, Roberta F. Justice of Newport, Albert Francesconi II of Orlando, FL and Mark P. Francesconi of Tampa, FL.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his memory to Annunciation Catholic School, 246 E. Main Street, Havelock, NC 28532.
