She was predeceased by: her parents, Lokey Garner and Hattie Mae Garner; her husband Nicholas Dean Culpepper Sr.; and her stepmother Hazel Garner. She is survived by: her son Nicholas Dean Culpepper, Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Dean Culpepper, III (Amanda), Jason Anthony Culpepper (Brandy), Holly Marsh (Stephen) and Tina Brock; her great grandchildren, Julyia Rose Culpepper, Mason Nicholas Culpepper, Gianna Nicole Culpepper, Caitlyn Marsh, Alysa Brock and Ryan Brock; and her brother Ray Garner of Mill Creek.
