It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Eutsler of Havelock, North Carolina, born in Galena, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Eutsler; and his siblings, Dixie Chapman, Ed Eutsler and Ray Eutsler. He is survived by: his daughters, Leanna Radford (George) of Havelock and Karen Wafford (Ed) of Havelock; and his grandchildren, Meghan Rebuli (Christian), Anna Radford, Taylor Wafford and Meredith Radford.
However, in order to provide social distancing, we ask friends to remain in their cars, the service will be broadcast through a sound system.
