She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Werner and Doris Galvin; and her brother Charles Paul Shoaff. She is survived by: her children, Tamera Baker of Havelock and Bryan DeGraw, Sr. (Samara) of Montrose, PA; her sisters, Diane Rafferty (Shawn) of Hallstead, PA and Donna Werner (Mark) of Newport; and her grandchildren, Kimani Dimsey and Bryan DeGraw, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
