He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Patterson (Colonel) of Kentucky and Virginia Gibson (Isaac Gibson) of Kentucky; his mother Edna Barnhill Oglesby of North Carolina; his sister Diane Prather (Dave Prather) of Texas; his grandchildren, Brandon (Katie), Thomas (Daniel), Elizabeth, Katherine, Michelle, KayLee and Alexzander; Elsie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
