She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Starbuck. She is survived by: her children, Debra Woodruff Nuanes (Louie) of Albuquerque, NM and Michael Otto Woodruff of Havelock; her brother William Thomas Pullen of Homestead, FL; her grandchildren, Patricia Weinder, Amey Rodriguez, Amanda Kelly, Sean Thompson and Ryan Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Seth Rodriguez, Charlie Weinder and Lee Bowen.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
