He was predeceased by: his father Henry Phillips; his wife Vallie Harmon Phillips; and his mother Agnes Stephenson Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Minnick (Ken) of South Hampton, PA; and his daughter-in-law Gina Rosetti of Quakertown, PA.
