With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard F. Restel of Havelock, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Restel and Mildred Restel; and his sister Joan Curran. He is survived by: his wife Mary Restel; his daughters, Alexandra Cifarelli (Michael) of Brick, N. J. and Mary Roman (Justino) of Brick, N. J.; his grandchildren, Sarah Ragozzino (Louis), Ashley Avallone (Derrick), Travis Cifarelli, Paul Garcia (Jessica), Gianna Sanchez, Nicholas Sanchez, Justino Roman Jr. and Amanda Crowley (Dillon); and his great grandchildren, Mason Avallone and Aubrey Crowley.
