He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Temple and Daphne Temple; and his son Billy Temple. He is survived by: his wife Sallie L. Temple; his children, Bettina Jahr (Sean) of Havelock and Jackie Temple Jr. (Sheila) of Havelock; his siblings, Mary Temple Bell of New Bern, Kay Temple Copley (Kenneth) of Macon and Earl W. Temple Jr. (Ann) of New Bern; his grandchildren, Rebekkah, Jordan, Corey, Jacob and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Emmett and Paisley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
