He is survived by: his children, Robert Allen Meadows of Newport, NC, William Thomas Meadows of Hinesville and Sherrie Robinson of Kinston, NC; and his sisters, Ruth Elliott and Dorene Kledinsky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
