He was predeceased by: his son Leo Bazen Jr.; and his grandson Phillip Bazen. He is survived by: his wife Glenys Bazen; his children, Robert (Michelle Bazen) of Havelock, Richard (Florida Bazen) of San Antonio, TX and Glenys (George Brown) of Bennettsville, SC; and his grandchildren, Robert Bazen Jr., Leo Bazen III, Richard Bazen Jr., Mike Taylor, Jonathan Braxton, Joseph Hernandez, Crystal Braxton, Amanda Taylor, Molly Bazen, Julie Patterson, Megan Pugh, Kaitlyn Hill and Alexys Ridinger. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
