She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Ellsworth and Dorothy Ellsworth; her husband Dr. Vincent Attisani; her siblings, Shirl Lions and Butch Ellsworth; her son Duane Attisani; and her grandsons, Troy Billington and Hunter Bilbo.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Mooney of Huntington Station, NY, Deryl DePauw (Joeseph DePauw) of Port Chester, NY, Darcy Attisani (Mark Ono) of Kapaa, HI, Darbi Billington (Matt Billington) of New Bern, NC and Dodd Ellsworth (Lauren Korrol) of Asheville, NC.. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
