He is survived by: his daughter Toni Teresa Parker; his grandchildren, Todd Smither, Trey Waddle III and Paige Waddle; and his great grandchildren, Abigale Smither of Frankfort, Kentucky. and Atticus Reed of Frankfort, Kentucky..
