He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna M. Hoffman and Harry A. Hoffman; and his sister Anna L. Hoffman. He is survived by: his brother Howard S. Hoffman; his sister-in-law Carol L. Hoffman; his sibling's children, Aaron Fullam, Mark R. Hoffman, Ronnie Norbeck, Joseph Materna, Steven Strunk, Sr., Kristina Strunk, Yvonne M. Materna, Ariel Norbeck, Olivia Botte and Suzanne Fullam; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth Hoffman, Natalie Materna, Amelia Materna, Nathaniel Hoffman and Steven Strunk, Jr.; and his close friends, Patty Turner and Nathaniel Bruce.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
