He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hazlett of Havelock; his parents, Richard A. of Havelock and Wanda Burge Hazlett of Havelock; his grandmother Lorraine Hazlett of Wintersville, OH; his stepchildren, Danielle Haskins of Atlanta, GA and Steven Darren Haskins, Jr. of Havelock; his brother Charles E. Hazlett (Dolly) of Heartland, TX; and his stepgrandchildren, Daril C. of Atlanta, GA. and Denior Evans of Atlanta, GA..
