He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Smalley of Bogue and Jonathon Tindall of Bogue; his siblings, Mary Febus (Chris) of Medina, Sherri Turner (Monty) of Marianna, PA and Jim Hustey (Danielle) of Bentleyville, PA; his grandchildren, Ever Tindall, Beau Tindall and Jesslyn O'Connor; his mother-in-law Betty H. Sweeney of New Bern, NC; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Klotz of Grovetown, GA, Kelli Sweeney of Sarasota, FL and John Sweeney (Kelli) of Virginia Beach, VA; his siblings' child English Bull; and his pet Ozzie.
