He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Eysaman and Bertha Eysaman. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Groover; his children, Michelle Eysaman of Ilion, NY, Melissa Balch (Chris) of Ilion, NY and Scott Eysaman of Ilion, NY; his brother Dick Eysaman (Linda) of Ilion, NY; and his pet Sophie Mae. He is also survived by many numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
