He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Williams, Sr. and Viola Allen Williams. He is survived by: his wife Susana Catalan Williams; his children, Yolanda Williams of Nyack, NY, Melissa Williams of Durham, Roy C. Williams of Durham, Sincerus Kinsley of Raleigh and Ronelio Catalan; and his sisters, Gloria Jones (Ralph) of Oxford and Vivian Hobgood of Oxford. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
