He is survived by: his wife Mary Ledford Cook; and his children, Diana Lowery (Donald) of Sharpsburg, Julie Edwards of Land, Sheila Clouchete (Russ) of Hayesville, Amanda Johns (Steve) of Hayesville, T. J. Flahive (Linda) of Clearwater and Michael Cook of St. Petersburg, Florida. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
