He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Long and Donnie Maney Long; and his siblings, Paul B, James, Billy, R. L. Long and Eula Mae Long.
He is survived by: his wife Willa Mae Long; his brother Robert Long; his children, Roger Long (Peggy), Arlene Hall (Mike) and Richard Long (Linda); his grandchildren, Phillip "Barney" Hall (Vanity), Kelly Davis (Jamie), Connie Schandera (Lamar), Karla Miller (Roger), Jennifer Baugh (Scott), Joseph Potts (Rosa) and Anita Sieg (Jake); his great grandchildren, Zakaree Evans, Kala Schandera, Taylor Hall, Joshua VanLandingham, Trey Hall, Jay Baugh, Maggie Schandera, Trae Miller, Levi Miller, Cody Baugh, Brady Hall, Riley Baugh, Tyler Hilton, Andrew Miller, Delaney Hilton, Wayne Davis, Olivia Potts, Hailey Ratliff and Gabby Ratliff; and his great great grandchildren, Karen Hester and Adalynn Ratiff. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
