He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Joseph Aulsbury, Sr. and Majorie Lou Walker Aulsbury; and his son Robert Joseph Aulsbury, III. He is survived by : his son Brian Robert Aulsbury; and his grandchildren, Star Aulsbury, Sophia Aulsbury and Jay-La Aulsbury.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Service (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (3656 Mountain View Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
