She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank Myers and Elizabeth Leonard Myers. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Eugene McCullough; her children, Brad McCullough (Dawn) of Advance and Julie Burch (David) of Mocksville; her siblings, Jay Frank Myers (Patricia), Kevin Dale Myers, Carole Sue Shoaf (Charles) and Kaye Myers; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Kayla Burch, Anna and Amber McCullough.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sheets Memorial Baptist Church, 210 Cotton Grove Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
