He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Opie Frazier Sr. and Eva Stubbs Frazier; his son Dr. Harold N. Frazier Jr.; and his sister Martha Mabrey Howes (Lebert) of Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Renn Frazier; his daughters, Melody Jane Doster (Daniel Gibbs Doster) of Raleigh and Elisa Renn Frazier Freeze (Woodrow Wilson Freeze) of Burlington, Colorado; his daughter-in-law Martha Garrett Frazier of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Virginia Frazier Gest (Seth) of Raleigh, Dr. Harold Nichols Frazier III of Raleigh, William Frazier Doster (Emily) of Raleigh, Daniel James Doster (Catherine) of Raleigh, Elizabeth Grace Bargeron (Graham) of Charlotte, Woodrow "Will" Wilson Freeze IV of Raleigh and Rebecca Victoria Marriaga (Joshua) of Winston-Salem; his great grandchildren, Nia Charis Doster, Poppy Lou Doster, Mary-Grace Esther Doster, Liam Michael Doster and Everett Oscar Bargeron; and his siblings, Louis Opie Frazier Jr. (Katherine) of Henderson and Jackie Frazier Hoyle (Wilson) of Henderson.
