It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Neal of Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Allen Neal; his sons, James Neal (Teretha) of Henderson, NC, Jermaine Neal of Warrenton, NC and Johnathon Neal of Franklinton, NC; and his siblings, Lucy Kearney-Slater (Theron) of Henderson, NC, Alice Jean Monroe (James) of Youngsville, NC, Edith Woodard (Eddie Lee) of Louisburg, NC, Eddie Ray Neal (Jessie) of Henderson, NC and Claude Neal (Brenda) of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
