She was predeceased by: her mother Isabelle Hart Williams. She is survived by: her husband James T. Alston; her children, Robinette Cazeau (Bien) of High Point, Anita Alston of Henderson, Devita Alston of Henderson and James Alston Jr. (Heather) of Salem, OR; and her siblings, Frances W. Clemmons of Durham, Joyce Williams of Henderson, Emmanuel Williams (Ruby) of Henderson and Derrick Williams (Ophelia) of Henderson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rowland Chapel Christian Church (2293 Epsom Rocky Ford Rd, Henderson, NC 27537).
