It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Faye Murray of Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Edward and Rosalie Currin Elliott; her son Thomas Rose; and her brother Joseph "Jack" Elliott. She is survived by : her significant other Fred Brewer; her daughter Erin Murray; her grandson Kaiden Shirley; and her siblings, Cherie Barnes (Tom Steele), John Barnes (Vicky) and Goldie Garrett (Julian).
