It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Patelidas Frazier of Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ella Bogle Patelidas and Spiros Arthur Patelidas; and her siblings, Mary Mann, Janie McJunkin, Joseph Patelidas and James Patelidas.

She is survived by : her husband Louis Opie Frazier, Jr.; her children, Joseph Gary Frazier of Henderson, Pamela Frazier Thompson (Randy) of Burlington and Katherine Gayle Frazier Scott (Greg) of Burlington; her granddaughters, Laura Ferrara (Jason), Rebecca Hodge (Rocky), Sadie Scott and Peggy Scott; her great grandchildren, Celia Ferrara, Gabriella Ferrara, Jameson Hodge and John Opie Hodge; and her siblings, William Patelidas (Pat), Thomas Patelidas (Mary Ann) and Judy Morris.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 75, Henderson, NC 27536 for the "Backpack Buddies" fund.
