He is survived by: his children, Erik Skov Pedersen (Kathleen) of South Easton, Massachusetts and Bodil Skov Pedersen (Ron Hix) of Hendersonville; his sister Erna Nørgaard (Jens) of Kalundborg, Denmark; his stepgrandsons, Zachary Hix (Elizabeth) and Joshua Hix (Amber); and his stepgreat-grandsons, Colton, Canyon, Hugh and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
