It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Serepta Hamilton Arrington (Hendersonville, North Carolina), born in Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lincoln Hamilton and Elizabeth Annie Cothran Hamilton; her husband Glenn Hebert Arrington; her sister Susie Hamilton; her stepgrandson Danny Gilliam; and her great grandchild Dillon Sargent.
She is survived by: her children, Gleanus Arrington Gilliam (Clyde) of Hendersonville and Glen H. Arrington, Jr. (Kathy) of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Kerrie Edwards (Michael), Lesia Corn (Clay), Crystal Bryson, Tiffany Watson (Tom) and David Arrington (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Lindsey, Brittany, Reese of Aviana, R. J., James, Benjamin and Jason. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
