She is survived by : her daughters, Dawn Marie and Cheryl Ann Piscopo; and her cousins, Marilyn Wesiak, Lorraine Quaremba, Alice Jioia and Philip Quaremba.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Carolyn, her favorite charities were, Shriners Children's Hospital, American Leprosy Missions, and Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care Elizabeth House in Flat Rock.
