He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsie Rhome and Norman Brake, Sr.. He is survived by : his children, Norman "Bo" Brake, III (Tracey) and Deborah Spence (Jimmy); his sister Norma Jo Peoples; his grandchildren, Christopher Spence (Allison), Courtney Brake Lynch (Kaleb) and Katie Brake Harris (Kyle); his great grandchild Mallorie Grace Spence; and his close friend Peggy Norman.
