She is survived by: her mother Annie Mae Elliott of Tyner; her close friend Johnnie M. Rountree of Tyner; her children, Tonia Walton (Michael) of Tyner and Lamont Walton (Tasha) of Tyner; her siblings, Denise Holley (Damaris), Allison Holley, Ruth Holley of New York, Essie Northfleet of Edenton, Sharon Flemming of Tyner, Carol Dillard of Hertford, Earl Holley (Lirio) of New York and James Holley of Tyner; her aunt Routina Elliott (Larry) of Edenton; her siblings-in-law, Minnie Britt of Tyner and Jose Alvarado of Tyner; her grandchildren, Essence Walton of Tyner, Orlandria Walton (Tre) of Clayton, Rufus Walton of Belvidere, Michael Walton of Belvidere and Princess Cofield of Tyner; her great grandchildren, Skylar White of Tyner and De'Orr Tripp of Clayton; and her godchildren, Shenika Privott of Tyner, Ahmed of Virginia, Kelvonte Parks and Ra'Quan Kee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Horton's Funeral Home and Cremations (509 Dobbs St, Hertford, NC 27944). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greater Welch Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (3250 Virginia Rd, Tyner, NC 27980).
