She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Johnson and Effie Bumgarner Johnson; her husband Carl Ford Teague; and her brothers, Perry Lee Johnson and Fred Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Steven Johnson (Linda) of Rutherford College and Julia Teague Howell (Robert Howell, Jr) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and one great great grandchild.
