She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Rodgers Isenhour; and her grandparents, Ezra, Louise Rodgers, Mae and Harold Isenhour.
She is survived by: her father Harold Eugene Isenhour (Gene) of Hickory; her husband Herb Collins; her daughters, Erin Collins of Newton and Elizabeth Collins of Hickory; her sister Anna Ollis (Steve) of Hickory; her nephew Aiden Ollis of Hickory; and her grandson Jaxon Kiziah of Newton.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
