He was predeceased by: his parent Will Fleming; his wife Margie Mae Fisher Fleming; his siblings, Virl Lane, Carrie Lee Sherrill and Jerome Fleming; and his half-sister Peggy.

He is survived by: his parent Minnie Conley Fleming.
