It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice McCracken Etheridge (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Lee McCracken and Liddie Boone McCracken; and her daughter Sherry Ann Etheridge. She is survived by: her husband Elmer J. Etheridge; her children, Robert, Darrell Etheridge and Anna Etheridge; her grandchildren, Brittany Hefner and Zack Etheridge; and her sisters, Shirley Kiser and Brenda Bumgardner. She is also survived by niece and two nephews.
