It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Gregory of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willie Ann Philips, Robert and Joseph Gregory. She is survived by: her children, Larissa Cunningham of Ohio, Rodney Teague and April Teague of Ohio; the father of her children Larry Teague (Francina Teague); her sons, Samyell Terry and Ricardo Ellerbee; her brother Marvin Gregory; her grandchildren, Anthone Teague (Jennifer Teague), Shala Thompson (Montelle Thompson), Tyanna Campbell, Paris Hammonds and Kaydence Powell; her great grandchildren, Jykese Thompson, Saniyah Thompson, McKenna Teague and Kiera Thompson; and her sibling's children, Anthony Phillips, Sabrina Gregory, Rhonda Gregory, Sandy Bennett, Jay Phillips, Keisha Gregory and Don Sunderland.
