It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Lockman of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lockman; her sons, Dwayne Lockman (Debbie) of Hickory and Darrell Lockman; her grandchildren, Casey Blackwell of Newton and Christopher Lockman of Hickory; and her great grandchildren, Juliana Blackwell of Greensboro and Paris White of Newton.
