Betty Yount Laffon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Yount Laffon (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on October 26, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Hawn Yount and Ernest Noah Yount; and her husband Bob. She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Bohmuller (Freddy) of Hickory, NC and Libby Willis (Craig) of Denver, NC; her grandsons, Daniel of Fuquay Varina, NC and Emmett Willis (Victoria) of Denver, NC; her great grandchildren, Emma Willis of Fuquay Varina, NC, Leona Willis of Denver, NC and Hobie of Denver, NC.; and her sister Jean Painter (Robert) of Granite Falls, NC.. She is also survived by her husband and daughters and their husbands, and later her grandsons.
