She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Geter and Juanita Smith Geter; her husband James Johnson; her son Reggie Johnson; and her siblings, Bobby Geter, Floyd Geter, Beatrice Haynes, Verlina Ramseur, Vickie Hunt, Nancy Morrison and Della Rhinehardt.
She is survived by: her children, Katrina Lowrance (Calvan) of Hickory, NC, Janine Johnson of Hickory, NC and James Johnson (Stephanie) of Newton, NC.; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica Linburg, Ethan, Ella Johnson, DeQuaci Johnson, Johnathan Johnson and Alex Thomas; her sisters, Carolyn Geter of Hickory, NC., Rosie Haynes of Hickory, NC., Linda Geter of Hickory, NC. and Cathy Geter of Hickory, NC.; and her close friends, Doshua Whitener of Hickory, NC and Inetta Green of Shelby, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
